Sahajpreet is a first-year PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Min-Yen Kan and Prof. Kokil Jaidka. His long-term research goals lie at the intersection of computing and social sciences, focusing on making a trustworthy internet and safe social media for everyone. He is particularly interested in exploring hate speech, fact-checking, biases, misinformation, propaganda, and computational politics, etc.
